Construction is now underway on Ameyalli Resort & Spa by Appellation. The resort will feature an 80-key boutique hotel, two restaurants helmed by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer, and the world's only wellbeing spa fed directly by an active cluster of 28 natural geothermal springs. Appellation is led by Charlie Palmer and former Four Seasons executive Christopher Hunsberger, whose Healdsburg hotel was just named the No. 1 resort in the United States in Travel + Leisure's World's Best Awards.
