The Ameyalli Residence Club is an equity residence club providing co-ownership of luxurious, four-bedroom homes within the Ameyalli Resort. Each residence boasts modern mountain architecture, is fully furnished and boasts spacious outdoor terraces. There are eight owners per residence, and each enjoys frequent enjoyment of their elegant homes throughout the year. Your Club staff ensures worry-free ownership and hassle-free vacations and the almost limitless dining, shopping and recreational opportunities afforded by Deer Valley Resort, Park City and the charming town of Midway, Utah.

Yes. Residence Club ownership is evidenced by a real estate deed that is recorded and is guaranteed by a title insurance policy. Each owner receives a one-eighth undivided deeded interest in one of the Club's fully furnished residences. Each Club owner also owns an interest in the clubhouse and common areas.

Yes. Individuals can form legal entities to control either type of ownership.

Yes. This ownership concept was introduced more than 35 years ago at Deer Valley Resort (which has two residence clubs) and has been enthusiastically embraced by affluent buyers at premier resorts such as: Aspen, Vail, Telluride, Beaver Creek, and Steamboat Springs, Colorado; Palm Springs, Napa Valley and Lake Tahoe, California; Hawaii; Tucker’s Town and Southampton, Bermuda; Los Cabos, Punta Mita, and Huatulco, Mexico. There are also residence clubs in Manhattan and Florence, Italy.

The Residence Club at Ameyalli provides owners with generous vacation use, removes the worries and responsibilities typically associated with absentee ownership, dramatically reduces the financial burden, and provides preferential access to Ameyalli’s facilities and well-being and longevity programs.

No. Timeshare is the right to use only a specific week or a certain number of points. Although appropriate for a segment of the market, timeshare is essentially the pre-purchase of vacations with little or no residual value. Residence Club at Ameyalli owners receive deeded real estate ownership.

Yes. Owners may invite guests to stay with them during their Club vacations and they also may invite unaccompanied guests to use any of their confirmed Club vacations without a guest fee.

Yes. Owners will be able to rent confirmed Club vacations through the Club’s management company at established rates.

Yes. The annual fees pay for the professional management and operation of all Club residences and common areas. Included in these annual fees are funds for staff salaries, supplies, maintenance, trash removal, legal/accounting, utilities, transportation, management fee, property taxes, master association fees, and reserves for scheduled maintenance and replacement of furnishings and appliances. Each owner’s annual fees are a fraction of the all-in annual costs associated with sole ownership of a luxury vacation home.

Yes. A housekeeping fee is charged to keep your residence clean and welcoming during each day of your vacation and to prepare it for the next arriving owner.

A member-elected Board of Directors establishes budgets and fees on an annual basis.

Yes. Like any other form of real estate, a Residence Club at Ameyalli ownership interest can be sold or transferred by the owner, or sold by a licensed real estate agent, subject to the Club documents.

The Residence Club at Ameyalli is designed to maximize Club lodging predictability and rentability for its owners. Each owner enjoys six weeks of lodging in their co-owned Club residence each year. Club management allocates vacation weeks on a rotating, every-eight-weeks basis so that, over the years, all Club owners have equal access to the most demanded vacation times. Each owner’s Club vacation weeks are published well in advance of each calendar year to provide ample time for personal planning and to maximize rental occupancy.

Yes. Like any other form of real estate, the owner’s deeded fractional real estate interest can be sold or transferred by the owner subject to the Residence Club legal documents.
