Ameyalli Resort & Spa by Appellation is a wellness-centric and culinary-driven resort and historic hot springs destination

Anticipated to open in 2028, the resort will include an 80-key boutique hotel, two restaurants led by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer, and a 20,000-square-foot indoor and outdoor wellbeing spa, which features a subterranean mineral pool, a 55-acre natural geological preserve, and a biodiverse garden that will support the property's garden-to-table dining experience.

Appellation is led by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer and former Four Seasons executive Christopher Hunsberger, whose Healdsburg hotel was just named the No. 1 resort in the United States in Travel + Leisure's World's Best Awards.

  • Wellbeing Spa & Pools

    The 20,000-square-foot wellbeing spa will be the only spa in the world sourced directly by an active cluster of 28 natural geothermal springs. A subterranean thermal hall, treatment rooms, movement studios, contrast therapy circuits, an outdoor sauna, and spaces for rest will support geothermal bathing, movement therapy, restorative treatments, and longevity-focused programming.

  • Dining Experiences

    Two Charlie Palmer restaurants will lead the resort’s culinary program. The signature dining room will offer indoor and outdoor seating, with menus informed by Ameyalli’s biodiverse garden and on-site farm kitchen. A second garden-to-table restaurant will open to the resort pool deck. The arrival lobby-restaurant will host cooking demonstrations and Crafted by Appellation classes with local artisans, growers, and producers.

  • Guestroom Cottages & Suites

    Six low-profile guestroom buildings will house the resort’s 80 Guestroom Cottages and Suites. Each will feature a private exterior entry and a terrace with a stone fire pit overlooking Mount Timpanogos, the granite dome at the center of the property, or the Wasatch Range.

  • Villa Residences

    Designed as an extension of the resort, the 23 two-bedroom Villa Residences introduce Ameyalli’s first whole-ownership real estate offering. The residences will offer direct access to resort amenities and the option to enter the rental program when not in owner use. The priority list is now forming–join now.
