Charles “Chuck” Heath is the former CEO and founder of Horizon Design. Founded in 1984, Horizon designs, builds, and manages a portfolio of commercial, retail, residential, industrial properties, and indoor water resorts. Under Chuck’s leadership, the Company has successfully developed properties valued at more than $500 million. Chuck is a past member and a former chairman of the Finance Committee of the National Council on Seniors Housing (NCOSH), an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB.) He has served on the Tax Credit Advisory Committee for the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) and has presented at the Multi-Housing World Conference, the NAHB, the American Association of Home and Services for the Aging (AAHSA,) and the World Waterpark Association.
Chuck graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1983 with an MS in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis. Chuck’s most recent involvement has been with the Kings Crown Development at the base of Park City Mountain, a $75 million mixed-use ski-in ski-out development.

Over twenty years ago, Chef Charlie Palmer and former Four Seasons President of the Americas Christopher Hunsberger started working on their first hotel project together. Now five dozen hotels, 20 Michelin stars, and multiple James Beard Awards later, they decided to start a revolutionary new hospitality company called Appellation.

ALDER AND TWEED
Alder and Tweed Design is a Utah-based interior design firm that provides the highest level of expertise in design to luxury home markets across the country. Opening its doors in 2008 in Park City, Utah where it is family-owned and headquartered, Alder and Tweed services two additional spaces and showrooms in Montana, and New York to design in the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, The Caribbean, and Mexico. The company’s sole focus is designing luxurious spaces that families can enjoy in their exclusive communities. This has allowed Alder and Tweed to design over 1,000,000 square feet of residential and hospitality space for over 15 years.
