Overland Partners designed the Villa Residences as private mountain retreats within the resort campus. Exterior stone planes create separation between homes, while expansive floor-to-ceiling windows frame Mount Timpanogos and the Wasatch Range.
A three-sided gas fireplace clad in Altiplano Veracruz natural stone anchors the open living, dining, and kitchen area. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio with a second fireplace, extending the living space outdoors. The second bedroom includes its own entrance and bath, allowing it to function independently as a private lock-off suite.

Villa Residences ownership includes resort privileges at Ameyalli Resort & Spa by Appellation, now underway and anticipated to open in 2028. The resort campus will include an 80-key boutique hotel, two restaurants by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer, and a 20,000-square-foot wellbeing spa.
The Wellbeing Spa will be the only spa in the world fed directly by an active cluster of 28 natural geothermal springs. Thermal pools at varying temperatures, 15 treatment rooms, an outdoor sauna, sunken lounges, movement studios, contrast therapy circuits, and longevity-focused programming will define the experience.
Owners also benefit from the option to place their Villa Residence in the resort rental program, managed in-house by Elite Alliance.
