Villa Residences
The Villa Residences represent the first whole-ownership real estate offering at Ameyalli.
An extension of the forthcoming Ameyalli Resort & Spa by Appellation in Midway, each of the 23 two-bedroom villas, designed by Overland Partners with interiors by EDG Design, is approximately 1,600 square feet, sited on the land across the resort with direct access to all amenities and the option to enter the rental program when not in owner use.
Appellation is led by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer and former Four Seasons executive Christopher Hunsberger, whose Healdsburg hotel was just named the No. 1 resort in the United States in Travel + Leisure's World's Best Awards.

Now underway and anticipated to open in 2028, Ameyalli will include an 80-key boutique hotel, two restaurants by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer, and a 20,000-square-foot wellbeing spa—the only spa in the world fed directly by an active cluster of 28 natural geothermal springs. Owners also benefit from the option to place their Villa Residence in the resort rental program.
